In the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş, 78-year-old driver Mehmet Yılmaz drowned in an accident after his car fell into a lake.
The driver of the car that fell into the lake in the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş, Mehmet Yılmaz (78), lost his life. The accident occurred around 10:00 AM in the Çöçelli neighborhood. The car with the license plate 27 D 7567, which Yılmaz lost control of, fell into the lake by the roadside. Yılmaz drowned as he could not get out of the vehicle.
AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED REGARDING THE ACCIDENT
Upon notification, health, fire, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the accident site. The lifeless body of Yılmaz, who was pulled from the lake by the fire department, was taken to the Kahramanmaraş Forensic Medicine Institution morgue for autopsy. An investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
