The 5.6 magnitude earthquake that occurred in Malatya's Battalgazi district caused panic. Following the tremor, which was also felt in neighboring provinces, citizens took to the streets.

EPICENTER OF THE EARTHQUAKE: BATTALGAZI

According to data from the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the earthquake occurred at 09:00. The earthquake, whose epicenter was announced as Malatya's Battalgazi district, was reported to have a magnitude of 5.6.

The earthquake, which occurred at a depth of approximately 7 kilometers, was felt in many provinces, particularly Kahramanmaraş, Elazığ, Şanlıurfa, and Kayseri.
