After Galatasaray players wanted to go on early holiday, the management applied to the Turkish Football Federation to have the cup presented during the celebrations at Rams Park. It was claimed that a positive response was received to the yellow-red club's request.
As Galatasaray declared its championship in the Trendyol Super League, the celebration schedule became clear, and the management took action following a request from the players. It was claimed that the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) accepted the special application made by the yellow-red club.
SPECIAL APPLICATION FOR THE CUP CEREMONY
It was stated that Galatasaray will hold a grand championship celebration at Rams Park on Wednesday or Thursday. The management reportedly applied to the TFF for the cup to be presented at the stadium without waiting for the final week, in line with the players' wishes. According to news reports, the TFF gave a positive response to Galatasaray's request.
PLAYERS REQUESTED EARLY HOLIDAY
In a report from Türkiye Newspaper, it was stated that players who will play in the World Cup during the summer period think they will not be able to rest enough and therefore want to go on early holiday. It was learned that the players conveyed their requests to head coach Okan Buruk, who then relayed the situation to the management.
NO ARTISTS THIS TIME
On the other hand, it was stated that the Galatasaray management decided not to include an artist organization in this season's celebrations. Last year, the cup ceremony was delayed to late hours due to artists performing at the Yenikapı celebrations, which drew fans' reactions. It was noted that the management therefore planned a simpler and faster organization.
