The incident occurred around 15:30 on Ahmet Akyollu Street in Sinanbey Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, a feud began between Syrian nationals Hasan H. (23) and Kuteybe M. (24) about 3 months ago due to a 'foul' position in an indoor soccer match they played.
OLD FEUD REKINDLED ON THE STREET
Today, the two suddenly faced each other on the street, and a new argument broke out over the foul issue from 3 months ago. As the tension quickly escalated into a fight, enraged Hasan H. stabbed Kuteybe M. in the neck with a knife he had and fled the scene.

Upon notification from bystanders who saw the young man covered in blood, emergency medical and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Kuteybe M., who received first aid at the scene, was taken to İnegöl State Hospital by ambulance.

It was determined that the knife stabbed by the attacker missed the main artery that could have caused Kuteybe M.'s death by only 1 millimeter. While the seriously injured young man continues his treatment at the hospital, police teams have launched an extensive operation to capture the escaped suspect Hasan H.
