In the 28th week of the TFF 3rd League Group 1, Bursaspor, the leader, defeated Artvin Hopaspor 2-1 in a match played at Balıkesir Atatürk Stadium. With this victory, Bursaspor became the champion, pulling 10 points ahead of its closest rival, Karşıyaka, with just 2 weeks left in the league, and earned promotion to the TFF 2nd League.
