The incident occurred on Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Street in Hürriyet Neighborhood, Esenyurt district. According to claims, a dispute broke out between an apartment resident who warned a group breaking bottles in front of the building and the individuals.
During the argument, one of the individuals threw a stone at the apartment from outside. The situation escalated when relatives of both sides became involved, turning into a brawl. The moments of the fight spilling into the street were recorded by bystanders with their mobile phone cameras.
SWORDS DRAWN IN STREET FIGHT
The footage shows a person throwing a paving stone at the individuals, and two people coming out into the street with swords and attacking the other side. While no one died or was injured in the fight, police teams arriving at the scene upon notification intervened with the fighting individuals.
The police took the individuals involved in the fight into custody.
