Strongylo, located near the islands of Patmos and Leros, in the Arkoi island group north of Lipsi, has a surface area of approximately 219,000 square meters.
The island, which has largely preserved its natural structure, has three beaches. One of them consists of a sheltered, sandy shore about 110 meters long.
In the listing published on a real estate platform that brokers private island sales, Strongylo is presented as an option for investors seeking a quiet and secluded life.
CAN BE CONVERTED INTO A LUXURY TOURISM FACILITY
The sales listing states that the island has potential for investors who want to develop a private residence or a luxury ecotourism facility.
On the island there are stone ruins of an old house and a well. Possibilities of utilizing a natural water source and establishing a connection to the electricity grid via the nearby island of Marathos are also being considered.
However, the necessary zoning permits and official approvals must be obtained for construction on the island. The feasibility of establishing water and electricity infrastructure will also be assessed separately.

However, who the island's current owner is and whether Depp still has any connection to the property have not been verified.
