The Israeli army destroyed a building in the Gaza Strip by targeting it with airstrikes after a warning for evacuation, despite the ceasefire.
Israeli warplanes bombed the Abu Shaban building located in the Zeytun neighborhood of the northern Gaza city, reducing it to rubble.
THEY STRUCK WITH HEAVY BOMBS
As a result of the attack carried out by Israeli warplanes with heavy bombs, damage occurred to surrounding buildings; the moments when the building was hit were captured on camera. Residents of the building and Palestinians living nearby left the area following Israel's recent threat of attack.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Israeli Army Spokesman Avichay Adraee had made a statement by sharing a map showing red-marked points from the Zeytun neighborhood.
Adraee, who urged Palestinians in the area to evacuate their homes, claimed that there was Hamas infrastructure at or near the points marked on the map, threatening that they would bomb the area with airstrikes shortly.
ATTACKS CONTINUE DESPITE CEASEFIRE
For the first time since the ceasefire with Hamas was established on October 10, 2025, the Israeli army bombed a location in the Gaza Strip after issuing a threat.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that since the ceasefire began on October 11, 2025, 556 people have been killed and 1,500 injured in attacks by the Israeli army. The Israeli army continues its attacks in Gaza under various pretexts despite the ceasefire.
