In Kırıkkale, 2 drivers who entered a vehicle-free park area with their motorcycles found police in front of them while sitting on a bench. The two drivers, detected during a drone-assisted inspection, were fined a total of 180,000 Turkish lira in administrative penalties.

Teams from the Kırıkkale Provincial Police Department Traffic Control Branch conducted drone-supported inspections to ensure traffic safety in the city.

During the inspections, it was determined that two motorcycle riders entered a parking area closed to vehicular traffic. As the riders advanced through the park on their motorcycles, they encountered police teams while sitting on a bench.

TOTAL FINE OF 180 THOUSAND LIRAS FOR 2 RIDERS

The teams took action against the riders under Article 2918 of the Highway Traffic Law for driving without a license, not wearing a helmet, and driving on a pedestrian path. A total administrative fine of 180 thousand liras was issued to the 2 riders.

It was reported that inspections to ensure traffic safety will continue uninterruptedly.
