POLICE FOUND HIM WITH BLOODY HANDS IN THE PARK
Around 1:00 PM, during a patrol in the Meram district of Konya, police noticed Cihan Dinçer sitting with bloody hands in a park. Upon questioning by suspicious officers, it was learned that Dinçer confessed to stabbing and killing his mother and father.
FIREFIGHTERS OPENED THE DOOR
Based on the address given by Cihan Dinçer, police went to the ground floor of a two-story house on Benekli Street. When the door would not open, firefighters were called to the scene. After firefighters opened the door, the teams entered the house and found the couple Nazife and Gökhan Dinçer stabbed to death.
THEY WERE WORKING AT THE DIRECTORATE OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY
It was learned that the deceased couple Nazife and Gökhan Dinçer were veterinarians working at the Konya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. Following the incident, law faculty student Cihan Dinçer was taken into custody.
BODIES TAKEN TO FORENSIC MEDICINE
After the examinations at the scene, the lifeless bodies of Nazife and Gökhan Dinçer were taken to the Konya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy. It was reported that police teams are continuing their investigation into the incident.
