At the park opening held as part of the Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Ankara Beştepe, the gesture of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who picked up the earring that Uzbekistan’s First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva dropped on the ground and handed it back to her, left its mark on the ceremony.
