The group draw for the 2027 FIVB Women's Volleyball World Cup was held. The Turkish Women's National Volleyball Team was paired with the Dominican Republic, France, and Egypt in Group C.
The group-stage draw has been determined for the organization to be hosted by the USA and Canada between August 20 and September 5, 2027.
THE SULTANS' OPPONENTS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED
The Sultans of the Net will compete in Group C with the Dominican Republic, France and Egypt. In the championship, which will feature 32 teams, the teams will be divided into eight groups of four. The teams that finish their groups in the top two places will advance to the round of 16. The knockout stage will consist of the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, third-place match and final matches.
CITIES THAT WILL HOST
In the organization, which will be hosted by a total of five cities in the USA and Canada, the matches will be played in Anaheim, Omaha and Orlando, as well as Montreal and Quebec City. The group matches will be hosted by the Bell Centre in Montreal and the Videotron Centre in Quebec City in Canada, and by the CHI Health Center Arena in Omaha and the Kia Center in Orlando in the USA. The final stage of the championship will be held at the Honda Center in Anaheim.
