A concordat was requested for CG Group and its affiliated companies, owned by Mahmut Cüneyt Göz, a member of the MHP Central Executive Committee who received a car as a gift from Bahçeli. The court granted a three-month temporary stay to the companies, including Göz Architecture, CG Concrete, and MCG Film Media, and appointed a concordat commissioner. The hearing will take place on October 15.
While the fluctuations in the economy continue to challenge companies, another firm has been added to the list of those declaring concordat. A request for concordat has been filed with the court for CG Group and its affiliated companies, owned by Mahmut Cüneyt Göz, who is a member of the MHP Central Executive Board (MYK).
3-MONTH TEMPORARY STAY GRANTED
The Istanbul Anatolian 3rd Commercial Court has granted a three-month temporary stay decision regarding Göz Architecture and Construction Inc., CG Concrete Industry Trade Ltd. Co., BRH Architecture and Construction Ltd. Co., Kurna Stone Quarry Management Ltd. Co., and MCG Film Media Inc., as well as company partner Mahmut Cüneyt Göz.
CONCORDAT COMMISSIONER APPOINTED, HEARING IN OCTOBER
The court has appointed a three-member concordat commissioner board to ensure the healthy conduct of the concordat process. The situation of the companies will be evaluated at the hearing scheduled for October 15 at 15:30.

It is known that the companies under CG Group operate in various sectors such as ready-mixed concrete production, mining, and cinema. The owner of the company, Mahmut Cüneyt Göz, came into the public spotlight when MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli gifted him a Lincoln brand car.
