The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced the sale prices of securities that will be implemented in 2025. The new fees for many documents, such as notary, passport, identity card, and driver's licenses, have been determined.

The sale prices of valuable papers to be applied in 2025 have been determined. The General Communiqué prepared by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has been published in the Official Gazette. The fee for notary paper and declaration is 125 lira, the fee for protest, power of attorney, and ex officio bond is 250 lira, the passport fee is 1135 lira, and the residence permit fee is 810 lira.
For Turkish Republic identity cards issued due to birth and changes outside the legal notification period, 185 lira will be charged, while for Turkish Republic identity cards issued due to loss, 370 lira will be paid.
The family booklet fee is 1010 lira, while driver’s licenses and driver’s work permits (certificates) are 1420 lira, motor vehicle registration certificate is 1270 lira, construction machinery registration certificate is 1060 lira, bank checks (per check leaf) are 80 lira, blue card is 185 lira, and the fee for foreign work and work permit exemption documents is determined as 810 lira.
The communiqué will come into effect on January 1, 2025.
