Police teams launched an operation to capture the murder suspect following the incident on Mevlana Street. The teams determined that the suspect, Turgay B., was hiding in his home in the Uzunharmanlar neighborhood of Meram district.

(37), who operated a jewelry store, was seriously injured in an armed attack by Turgay B. (44) and died in the hospital where he was taken.
