The first hearing of the trial opened for the murder of Sinan Ateş, the former General Chairman of the Idealist Hearths, will begin at noon in Sincan Prison. Ayşe Ateş, the wife of Sinan Ateş, made a striking statement before the first hearing.

In the prepared indictment, it is demanded that Eray Özyağcı, who is the triggerman, and Vedat Balkaya and Suat Kurt, who brought him to the scene and escaped after the incident, be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for the crime of "deliberate killing with premeditation and common domination over the act" against Sinan Ateş.

It is also demanded that Doğukan Çep, who is accused of "organizing the armed action," and Tolgahan Demirbaş, the former Idealist Hearths executive who is suspected of inciting the crime, be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for the crime of "deliberate killing with premeditation and common domination over the act" against the victim.

It is demanded that Zekeriya Asarlaya, Hakan Saraç, Ufuk Köktürk, Mehmet Yüce, Mustafa Uzunlar, Askın Mert Gelenbey, Murat Can Çolak, Osman Bayraktar, Caner Güney, Umut Ersoy, Çaglar Zorlu, Aytaç Ataç, Emre Yüksel, Serdar Öktem, Erdem Karadeniz, Alper Atay, Mustafa Ensar Aykal be sentenced to imprisonment for the crime of "aiding and abetting the act committed in participation and with premeditation against the victim."
