The Turkish Football Federation decided to file a criminal complaint against Mehmet Büyükekşi, the President of TFF, after it was discovered that his signature was missing in the board resolution book for the financial report submitted for approval regarding the accounts and activities covering the period from June 2023 to May 31, 2024.
The Turkish Football Federation is preparing to take action against former president Mehmet Büyükekşi due to reasons previously raised by president İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu.
NO SIGNATURE ON THE FINANCIAL REPORT, A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT WILL BE FILED
According to a report by Yağız Sabuncuoğlu from Sports Digitale; it was determined that there is no signature of the then TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi in the board of directors' decision book for the financial report submitted for approval covering the period from June 2023 to May 31, 2024. Following this development, the federation will file a criminal complaint against former president Mehmet Büyükekşi.
WHAT DID PRESIDENT HACIOSMANOĞLU SAY?
TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu previously stated regarding the issue, "They presented a financial table of 5.9 million plus at the financial general assembly, but investigations revealed that this table was actually minus 278 million. There has been manipulation of financial details with a pen. This is a crime," he had said.
