Footage of Haluk Levent, arrested as part of the investigation into the Ahbap Association, sending images to businessman Hüseyin Başaran has emerged. The video, reportedly filmed in the USA, shows Levent singing and turning to the camera, saying "The money is here, bro." According to allegations, Levent used this method to deceive businessmen, seize their money, and pulled off a multi-million dollar scam.

In the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Ahbap Association, Haluk Levent, who was arrested, was also confronted during the prosecutor's questioning with the allegations of Hüseyin Başaran, Chairman of the Board of Başaran Holding. According to the allegations, 22 real estate properties with a current value of approximately 60 million dollars were attempted to be fraudulently seized by Haluk Levent and other suspects.

"I DID NOT COMMIT A CRIME, IT'S A MATTER OF RECEIVABLES AND PAYABLES"

In his statement to the prosecutor's office, Haluk Levent firmly denied the allegations that the real estate transfers were fraudulent. Stating that the incident was entirely commercial in nature, the famous artist defended himself with these words: "The subject of the investigation is merely a matter of receivables and payables. I did not commit a crime, I am innocent."

"IT WAS CARRIED OUT WITH THE WILL OF THE PARTIES"

Levent's lawyer objected to the figures and charges in the file. Stating that they did not accept the claim that the value of the properties was 60 million dollars, the lawyer expressed that all sales and transfer transactions were carried out with the complete free will of the parties.

WHAT HAPPENED?

In the application made by businessman Cem Başaran to the Gaziosmanpaşa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding Ahbap Association President Haluk Levent, it was alleged that his real estate properties worth approximately 60 million dollars were fraudulently taken over.

In the application petition, it was claimed that the transfer of numerous real estate properties was realized with the promise that "a dormitory would be built for orphaned female students" and funding would be provided from abroad, but the payments were not made.

In the petition, it was alleged that a total of 22 real estate properties located in Istanbul, Trabzon, and Karaman were first transferred to Yeliz Kaya, and then to Esin Önder Çağlayan and companies affiliated with her. The Başaran Group stated that the total value of the properties is approximately 60 million dollars.
