With the decision published in the Official Gazette, the withholding tax rate on futures transactions has been increased from 10% to 15%.

With the Presidential Decision published in the Official Gazette, the withholding tax rate on futures transactions has been increased from 10% to 15%.

As part of the regulation, the withholding tax rate for Money Market Funds and equity-weighted investment funds has been raised from 10% to 15%. The withholding tax rates for deposits have been reorganized according to the maturity. Previously applied rates of 10%, 7.5%, and 5% have been updated to 15%, 12%, and 10% respectively.
