The plane, which landed at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, pulled up to the jet bridge to disembark passengers. However, just as passengers began to get off the plane, a technical problem occurred. When the passenger jet bridge became misaligned with the plane door, the disembarkation process stopped. Passengers who wanted to get off the plane began waiting around the door. According to a report on TMZ, tensions rose inside the cabin during the delay.
