BURGLARY REPORT DECODED
The incident began on Thursday night with a report that a house in the Büyükdere neighborhood had been broken into. Police teams quickly arriving at the address found 53,941 narcotic pills hidden in boxes during a search of the house. One suspect at the scene was immediately taken into custody.
3 BOXES REMOVED
In the investigation deepened under the coordination of the Eskişehir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Anti-Narcotics Branch reached a striking detail. It was determined that 3 boxes containing the narcotic pills in the house had been removed from the address by individuals on motorcycles before the report.
SIMULTANEOUS RAID ON 4 SEPARATE ADDRESSES
Following close surveillance, teams identified the identities and hiding places of 8 motorcycle-riding suspects and caught them in an operation. Searches conducted at 4 different addresses yielded an additional 93,380 narcotic pills.
9 SUSPECTS AT COURTHOUSE
Thus, the number of narcotic pills seized across the operation reached 147,321. A total of 9 suspects, whose interrogations at the police department were completed, were referred to the courthouse under extensive security measures.
