The scorching heat affecting Antalya, the capital of tourism, is causing tough times for vacationers. Some tourists, unable to endure the hot weather, drew the attention of local citizens and shopkeepers by walking around the city center bazaar in bikinis.
As one of Turkey's most important tourism centers, Antalya continues to experience high temperatures that overwhelm both local residents and foreign visitors to the city. Some tourists trying to cool off by the sea and pools created unusual scenes to mitigate the effects of the rising heat during their city tours.
WALKING IN THE BAZAAR IN BIKINIS
Some foreign tourists who came down to Antalya's bazaar to shop and explore the city took to the streets in just their bikinis when they could no longer bear the humidity and heat. Tourists strolling comfortably in their bikinis in the heart of the city, among the shops, were met with astonishment by the local tradesmen and other citizens passing by.
