Due to adverse weather conditions in Kocaeli, motorcycle, scooter and electric scooter riders and motorcycle couriers have been banned from entering traffic. The Kocaeli Governor's Office announced that the city is expected to be affected by heavy and thundery showers starting tomorrow at noon. The ban will last from 12:00 tomorrow until 06:00 on Thursday.
