25% TARIFF ON MEXICO AND CANADA, AND 10% ON CHINA
White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt announced today the new tariffs that Trump plans to implement. Leavitt stated that starting tomorrow, a 25% tariff will be applied to Mexico and Canada, and a 10% tariff will be applied to China "for the illegal fentanyl that has caused the deaths of millions of Americans."

Leavitt, who reported that no decision has been made yet regarding tariffs against the European Union (EU), left unanswered the question of whether the tax to be applied will be uniform or different for each EU country.
