US President Donald Trump, after casting an early vote in Florida, said they were considering a new attack on Iran and said, "We might even do it tomorrow." Trump stated that there was also a possibility of a major agreement with Iran, and that the main issue was whether Tehran would comply with the agreement. Melania Trump announced that the humanitarian ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine would begin on October 27.

US President Donald Trump said regarding an attack on Iran, "We are thinking about it. We could attack Iran even tomorrow."

US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump cast their votes during early voting for the midterm elections in the Florida resort town of Palm Beach. After voting, Trump and his wife answered questions from journalists there.

HE GOT ANGRY AT THE IRAN QUESTION

Trump said they had taken effective steps against Iran and that they might have to "finish the job." The US President argued that the US would win in both scenarios, whether there is a deal with Iran or not.

Asked what stage they were at regarding an attack on Iran, Trump got angry and said, "We are thinking about it. We could attack Iran maybe even tomorrow. But I can't tell you that. If I do it, and there is a possibility I will, I won't say it. There is also a possibility we will make a nice, big, great deal. They want to make a deal, but the main issue is whether they will comply with the deal."

Trump, arguing that they wanted to ensure Iran would not build a nuclear bomb even after the US withdrew, said, "I need to make this permanent. That's the only reason I'm doing these things."

Trump also noted that oil passage through the Strait of Hormuz continues, saying Iran had lost all its warplanes and warships and that all it had left was inflation. Trump said, "We did a great job on Iran. Now, will we finish this job, which wouldn't be difficult, or will we make a deal with them? This situation will depend on them."

MELANIA TRUMP: CEASEFIRE WILL BEGIN ON OCTOBER 27

Melania Trump, the wife of the US President, answered a question herself about the role she played in the humanitarian ceasefire process between Russia and Ukraine in the city of Oleshky. Melania Trump said, "The ceasefire will begin on October 27. I hope everything goes as planned."

When asked whether she had met with Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, Melania Trump replied, "We met. We signed agreements."

US President Trump also said, "I think she is doing a better job than the professionals. (Melania) She secured a ceasefire. This is an initiative for children and people."

MESSAGE ON DOING BUSINESS WITH RUSSIA AND UKRAINE

When asked whether he had any comment on Russia's desire to make natural gas investments in Alaska, Trump replied, "No, I don't. But we would like to return to a reality in which Russia and Ukraine reach an agreement and we can do business with both sides."

Reminding that they had made a minerals deal with Ukraine worth one trillion dollars, Trump said, "I think that after this war ends, we will do business with both Ukraine and Russia."
