Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan have signed the Mecca Agreement, which will change the security balances in the Middle East. According to the agreement, likened to NATO's Article 5, an attack on one of the three countries will be considered an attack on all parties. The alliance, which brings together Turkey's military power, Pakistan's nuclear capability, and Saudi Arabia's regional weight under the same defense umbrella, aims to strengthen joint deterrence.
