Asya Tour, one of Turkey's long-established brands in road transportation with 64 years of history, has changed hands. The company, which has been operating under Genç Tour since 2020, has been transferred to Cemil Uzuner and İsa Yılgın, the owner of Turindex Tourism, along with its fleet of 50 vehicles, 40 of which are company-owned.

NEW OWNERS ANNOUNCED
A new era has officially begun for Asya Tur, which has been serving the sector for many years and joined Genç Tur in 2020. Following an agreement with Genç Tur, managed by businesspeople Ali Genç, Niyazi Genç, and Kadir Genç, the established brand was purchased by Gölcük-based businessperson Cemil Uzuner and İsa Yılgın, owner of Turindex Turizm. After the share transfer, the 64-year-old institution will continue on its way with a new partnership structure.
SALES PROCESS AND COMPANY HISTORY
It has been learned that the share transfer and sales agreement, which made a big impact in the sector, were officially finalized about ten days ago. Asya Tur, founded in 1962 by the late Ahmet Tevfik Bezci and later managed by Haldun and İbrahim Bezci, had long held a pioneering role in road transport. With this latest sale, a brand new chapter has been opened in the company's history.
HUGE FLEET OF 50 VEHICLES
The company's current transport capacity and vehicle strength included in the sales agreement have also been detailed. According to current data, Asya Tur has a large bus fleet of 50 vehicles in total, 40 of which are company-owned.
