Within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 2 of the 4 suspects taken into custody were arrested.
Fund investigations conducted by the Bureau of Investigation into Terrorism Financing and Money Laundering Crimes of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding transactions carried out in capital markets are ongoing. Within this scope, Hakan Gövdere, Elif Özüş, Elif Değerli, and Rıza Kandemir had been taken into custody. The suspects were referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station.
ARREST DECISION FOR 2 MORE PEOPLE
After their statements to the prosecutor's office, Hakan Gövdere and Rıza Kandemir were referred to the judge with a request for arrest, Elif Özüş with a request for a judicial control measure of not going abroad, and Elif Değerli with a request for a judicial control measure of not leaving the residence. Of the suspects whose statements were taken at the Criminal Judgeship of Peace, Hakan Gövdere and Rıza Kandemir were arrested. The court decided on judicial control conditions for Elif Değerli as 'house arrest' and for Elif Özüş as a 'ban on leaving the country'.
