Trabzonspor announced that an agreement has been reached for the transfer of defender Rayyan Baniya and left winger Kazeem Aderemi J. Olaigbe to Konyaspor.
Trabzonspor announced transfer developments regarding its professional football players Kazeem Olaigbe and Rayyan Baniya to the public. The burgundy-blue club stated that both players have reached an agreement with Konyaspor.
OLAIGBE AND BANIYA AT KONYASPOR
According to the statement made by Trabzonspor, an agreement has been reached regarding the temporary transfer of Kazeem Olaigbe to Konyaspor with a purchase option. It was stated that Konyaspor will pay a temporary transfer fee of 3 million 20 thousand Euros including VAT to the burgundy-blue club.
In the statement made by Trabzonspor to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated, "An agreement has been reached regarding the temporary transfer of our professional football player Kazeem Aderemi J. Olaigbe to Konyaspor Club with a purchase option. According to the agreement; Konyaspor Club will pay our Club a temporary transfer fee of 3,020,000.-EUR including VAT. Additionally, if Konyaspor Club exercises the purchase option, in the event of the player's transfer to another club, 50% of the transfer fee obtained will be paid to our Club, with the pre-purchase right belonging to our Club. According to the agreement, all costs of the player during this period will be covered by Konyaspor Club," it was stated.
NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID TO RAYYAN BANIYA
On the other hand, Trabzonspor announced that the professional football player contract with Rayyan Baniya, which started on August 18, 2023, and ended on June 30, 2027, has been mutually terminated. It was stated that no termination compensation would be paid to the player in accordance with the agreement. The burgundy-blue club also announced that an agreement has been reached regarding the definitive transfer of Rayyan Baniya to Konyaspor.
In the statement made by the burgundy-blue club regarding this transfer to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the following expressions were included:
"An agreement has been reached regarding the definitive transfer of our professional football player Rayyan Baniya to Konyaspor Club. According to the agreement; Konyaspor Club will pay our Club a contract termination fee of 1,000,000.-EUR including VAT. Additionally, Konyaspor Club will pay 50% of the transfer fee obtained in the event of the player's transfer to another club, with the pre-purchase right belonging to our Club."
