Unbelievable scam from the site management! The amount is exactly 4 million TL.

In Istanbul Avcılar, it is claimed that the management of the site, consisting of 11 blocks and 365 apartments, has engaged in irregularities. Some residents of the site filed a criminal complaint with the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. In the criminal complaint, it was stated that dues ranging from 2500 to 3500 lira were paid according to the size of the apartments.

PAYMENTS WERE KEPT IN A TERM ACCOUNT

According to the news in Sabah newspaper; R.E., who is in charge of the site's financial affairs, and A.K., H.Y., M.Y., R.E., and other members of the management, paid the dues, purchases, as well as the collected repair and renovation fees from their own accounts, and kept these payments in term accounts to make a profit for the management, which has an income of approximately 1 million lira from dues.

45 THOUSAND LIRA FOR FREE REPAIRS

The residents of the site stated that the management gave all repair and renovation works to the same company for 2 terms, and the free repairs undertaken by Emlak Konut were also given to the same company for 45 thousand lira.

150 THOUSAND LIRA SPENT ON GARBAGE BAGS

R.E., who is in charge of financial affairs, bought garbage bags for 150 thousand lira, claiming that there would be a price increase in the future. After this incident came to light, R.E. was fired from his job and resigned. The new management paid 250 thousand lira in compensation to R.E., who made irregular purchases in the site.

A 4 MILLION LIRA FRAUD

In the criminal complaint, it was stated that the site's cafe and sitting area were rented out as private businesses, events, birthdays, engagements, etc., by A.K., R.E., H.Y., and other members of the management, and there were discrepancies in the rental payments and the money. The residents of the site filed a criminal complaint, stating that the management made at least 4 million lira through irregularities.
