'WHAT IS TFF'S ISSUE WITH KOCAELİSPOR?'

Speaking on behalf of the Hodri Meydan Fans Association, Enver Güler reacted particularly to the erroneous referee decisions made during matches, continuing his words as follows:

"Since the beginning of the season, we have made a mark on the league with both our team and our fans. We have brought back the longed-for stands and the longed-for struggle. However, the reward for our effort and struggle is given in a dirty system. Our labor is continuously stolen with referees on the field and dirty calculations at the table. The incident involving Cihan Aydın in the Kocaelispor - Konyaspor match played yesterday is the last straw for our patience. This person has already been etched in the memory of the Kocaelispor community with the penalty incident that was not awarded in the last minute of the Beşiktaş match we played at home. These incidents are not coincidences; they are part of a systematic operation. No one should test the patience of Kocaelispor fans. Since the beginning of the season, we have played 9 home and away matches during the week. While our average attendance is evident, the constant scheduling of matches during the week or at irrelevant times can no longer be explained as coincidence. What is TFF's issue with Kocaelispor fans? Why are you so disturbed by the fans who fill the stands and add color to this community? It should be known that this community, which does not sell its emblem and does not tarnish its history, will not bow to referees who make decisions smelling of betting, to the tie-wearers in Riva, or to this dirty system. The wreath left today is not only for Kocaelispor; it has been left on behalf of all Anatolian clubs that have been tried to be crushed by this system for years. This is our clear and final warning to Cihan Aydın and all referees with his mentality; this city does not forget what it sees or experiences. We declare to the public that we will use our right to protest to the fullest and that we will fight against this system to the end. Kocaelispor is not alone; this system will change."

'CIHAN AYDIN CANNOT ENTER OUR CITY'

Emphasizing that the struggles will continue on behalf of Kocaelispor fans, Güler stated, "The Beşiktaş match, the Fenerbahçe match, the away matches against Konyaspor and Başakşehir, and the home match against Kayserispor; these have gone beyond being mistakes. Cihan Aydın cannot enter our city again. If he comes again, we will leave the match for 90 minutes and do everything we can to ensure that referee does not step onto that field. We will change this system. For months, we have said, 'We will fight for this team,' and everyone thinks we will fight physically, but we will continue to do this whether physically or through official authorities if necessary. Our struggle has begun; we will defend our club Kocaelispor as much as we defend our city," he said. After the statement, the fans chanted 'Hodri Meydan' slogans for a long time to express their reactions.
