In the post made from the account of Üsküdar Municipality on the social media platform of the US-based company X, the following was recorded:
"We are experiencing the deep sorrow of losing our Üsküdar Deputy Mayor Mr. Dündar Ziya Gültekin as a result of the traffic accident he had. We will always remember our esteemed Deputy Mayor, who worked tirelessly for our Üsküdar and our neighbors day and night, with the determination and dedication of the first day, for his efforts, sincerity, and the values he added to our city."
In the post, which stated that a Quran recitation will be held for the late Deputy Mayor Gültekin at 21:00 this evening in the Blue Hall at the municipality building, the following expressions were used: "The funeral of the deceased will be sent to eternity after the funeral prayer to be performed at Marmara İlahiyat Mosque following Friday prayer tomorrow. We ask God's mercy for the late Dündar Ziya Gültekin, and we wish patience and condolences to his grieving family above all, his relatives, our colleagues, and all the people of Üsküdar. May his place be heaven, and his station be exalted."
