President Erdoğan spoke after the Cabinet meeting regarding the absolute nullity debates in the CHP. Erdoğan said, 'We are not involved in these debates spilling out from congress halls, and we will not be. We will not allow the streets to be stirred up.'
The Presidential Cabinet Meeting has ended. Following the meeting, President Erdoğan appeared before the cameras and made statements. Erdoğan touched for the first time on the absolute void debates within the CHP.
ERDOĞAN TO CHP: WE WILL NOT ALLOW THE STREETS TO BE STIRRED UP
Emphasizing that they are not a party to the internal debates of the CHP, President Erdoğan said: "None of the debates within the main opposition party concern us. We are not, have not been, and will not be a part of the political struggle that has spilled from congress halls to courthouses. Let those who try to create unrest for their political ambitions not forget that the fabric of these lands does not tolerate violence, demonstrations, street terrorism, or lawlessness. We will not allow our streets to be stirred up, our nation to be polarized, or our people and security forces to be pitted against each other."
