According to the information obtained, the family enrolled their 10-year-old child with learning difficulties in a special education rehabilitation center in Büyükçekmece for his development. However, after a while, the child's unwillingness to go to the center, restless behavior, and noticeable fear did not escape the family's attention. Suspicious of this sudden change in his child, the father went to the rehabilitation center to investigate the situation on-site.
THE FATHER RECORDED THE SCANDAL MOMENT BY MOMENT
Looking into the classroom from the outside through the window without entering, the father experienced the shock of his life at what he saw. According to the allegations, the father, seeing the teacher, who was supposed to teach the child in need of special education, using violence against the little child, immediately grabbed his mobile phone. The grieving father captured the moments of the teacher's violence against the child on camera moment by moment and, together with the evidence, went straight to the police station.
THE FAMILY FILED A COMPLAINT, AN INVESTIGATION WAS LAUNCHED
The family, who went to the police station with the footage, filed a criminal complaint against both the teacher accused of violence and the rehabilitation center management found negligent in the incident. Following the family's complaint, a judicial and administrative investigation was launched into the incident.
