24-year-old Oliwia Krol, living in the UK, experienced an unforgettable incident at the airport during her trip to Thailand. The young woman panicked greatly when her luggage was confiscated due to a sexual product found in her suitcase.
Oliwia, who arrived at the airport to travel from Koh Samui to Bangkok, noticed that her suitcase did not arrive after the flight. She later saw officials calling her with a sign bearing her name and described feeling intense fear.
“I THOUGHT I WAS IN TROUBLE”
Oliwia, who said she was taken to a room at the airport, mentioned that the border security programs she watched as a child came to mind, stating, “I thought I was in big trouble.”
The young woman recounted that the officials initially said there was either a lighter or a “special item” in the luggage, and she immediately realized what it was at that moment.
SUITCASE HELD AT AIRPORT FOR 24 HOURS
After Oliwia signed official documents to allow authorities to open the luggage, it was revealed that a sexual product was in her suitcase. The suitcase, which was not loaded onto the plane due to the suspicious item, was held at the airport for approximately 24 hours.
The young woman said her friends made fun of her for a long time after the incident, adding, “It seems funny now, but at that moment it was really embarrassing.”
