The announcement by YPG/SDG ringleader Mazlum Abdi in Damascus that the organization has been dissolved and integrated into the Syrian army has brought President Erdogan's 2015 statement, "We will never allow the establishment of a state, whatever the cost," back to the agenda.
Mazlum Abdi, the leader of the terrorist organization YPG/SDG, announced today in Damascus, the capital of Syria, that the organization has been dissolved and integrated into the Syrian army. Following the dissolution of the organization, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's words from 2015 have come back to the agenda.
"WHATEVER THE COST..."
In his speech, President Erdogan had said, "I call on the entire world: Whatever the cost, we will never allow the establishment of a state in northern Syria, south of Turkey."
"EVERYONE CAN BE SURE, EVERYONE CAN BE AT EASE"
In his post following the dissolution of the organization, President Erdogan said, "Everyone can be sure, everyone can be at ease... The Republic of Turkey does not compromise on its principles or its national interests. We will never leave any friend or brother who trusts us in the lurch."
