A male corpse was found in a vehicle parked in front of the Marmaray station in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul. It was determined that the vehicle had been parked for 10 days, and an investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
The teams from İSTAÇ, affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), which are carrying out asphalt work on İstasyon Street in the Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul, have started work to remove parked vehicles.
WHEN THEY COULDN'T WAKE HIM UP, THEY CALLED THE POLICE
Workers who went to a car parked in front of the Halkalı Marmaray station wanted to wake up the person lying in the driver's seat. Unable to wake the motionless person, the team reported the situation to the police and medical teams.
IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HE HAD DIED
When the police teams who arrived at the scene could not wake the motionless male, they broke the window and opened the car door. Medical teams determined that the person sitting in the driver's seat was dead.
THE CAUSE OF DEATH WILL BE CLARIFIED AFTER THE AUTOPSY REPORT
After the work of the prosecutor's office and the crime scene investigation teams, the deceased person's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution's morgue for autopsy procedures, while the vehicle was towed to the parking lot. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident, and the exact cause of death will be clarified after the report from the Forensic Medicine Institution.
PARKED FOR 10 DAYS
On the other hand, it was determined that the vehicle had been parked in front of the Marmaray station for about 10 days.
