Following the death of the famous artist Fatih Ürek, his words from a past interview, which can be considered a will, have come back to the forefront. The artist had stated that his greatest desire while alive was to establish a foundation in his name and to build a school for children.
The will of Fatih Ürek, who passed away after a 107-day struggle for life, has come back to the agenda. One of the most curious topics after the famous artist's death was his will, which emerged from his words in a television program he participated in two years ago.
In the program he attended, Fatih Ürek made sincere statements, mentioning that he had received a documentary offer and spoke about his will on that occasion. When asked, "Have you written your will?" Ürek answered sincerely, expressing that his thoughts had changed over time.
"THE THING I WANTED MOST IN MY LIFE"
The famous artist stated that he wanted a foundation to be established in his name and schools to be built. Ürek said, "Actually, I wrote it down somewhere, it’s probably somewhere, but something changes every year. I want a foundation in my name. Let there be something, let it be a charity. The thing I wanted most in my life is to have a school built in my name. I want it to be a school. We need schools. I cry when I see children. Is it because I’m getting older…?" with words that touched hearts.
"THEY BROKE MY HEART A LOT"
In the later part of the conversation, Ürek was asked, "Are there people you wouldn't want to come to your grave if something happens to you?" Ürek responded to this question: "I can say. Not from the community, I don’t even count the community. There are many people who broke my heart. Not from the community, but they broke my heart a lot. Because I am innocent to the point of foolishness."
