After long hours of searching it is determined that military helicopter ‘S-70B Sikorsky’ crashed in Kartepe hills in the Izmit province. The helicopter crash claimed four lives of four servicemen of Turkish armed forces.
The cause of the accident hasn’t been determined yet.

The Sikorsky helicopter had taken off from İzmit Cengiz Topel Airport at the Air Base Command at noon on Sunday to fly to Konya. However, it had disappeared off the military radar.
