INTERVENED BY CARRYING WATER FROM A PUDDLE
A citizen who noticed the smoke and flames rising from the vehicle intervened first by carrying water from a puddle by the roadside with a bucket in hand.
UNDER CONTROL
Another person nearby supported the citizen who was making intense efforts to prevent the flames from spreading with large water containers. Later, with the help of other citizens who brought fire extinguishers, the flames in the vehicle were brought under control.
