A traffic accident occurred on the bridge on the North Marmara connection road from the TEM Highway in Kartepe district. Due to the slippery road caused by the rainy weather, a Mercedes truck swerved after the driver, A.K., lost control of the steering wheel.

After the accident involving the truck, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area. Inspections revealed that there were no injuries in the accident. The swerving truck was removed from the road with the help of a tow truck, and the temporarily disrupted traffic returned to normal after the work was completed. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
