In Kütahya, a fire broke out in a detached house for an undetermined reason, resulting in the death of an 83-year-old woman. Her daughter managed to escape from the flames but was injured. The body of the deceased elderly woman was taken to the hospital for an autopsy, and an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
A fire broke out for an unknown reason in the detached house belonging to Ayşe Sarı and her mother Zekiye Sarı (83) in the Sultanbağı neighborhood of Kütahya.
TEAMS ENTERING THE HOUSE ENCOUNTERED THE BODY OF THE ELDERLY WOMAN
Upon the notification of the neighbors who saw smoke coming from the house, a large number of fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the address. During this time, Ayşe Sarı, who was affected by the dense smoke and suffered burns on her hands and feet, managed to get outside by herself. Ayşe Sarı, who received first aid in the ambulance by the medical teams, was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The fire teams intervened in the flames and extinguished the fire. In the examination conducted by the fire and police teams in the house, the lifeless body of Zekiye Sarı was found.
AN AUTOPSY WILL BE PERFORMED
After the investigation by the prosecutor's office and police teams, Zekiye Sarı's body was taken to the hospital morgue for autopsy procedures. An investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of the fire.
