RESPONSE TO SIVAS VISIT CONTROVERSIES
Minister Tunç argued that the visit conducted with the provincial protocol in Sivas was distorted, emphasizing that members of the judiciary are also a natural part of the provincial protocol. He noted that the visit took place at night and that there were programs the following day.
Stressing that they do not make party distinctions, Tunç mentioned that they have also met with CHP members of parliament and municipalities in different provinces. He reminded that they conducted municipal visits in Bartın as well.
RESPONSE TO CHP ON JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE

"WE HAVE SAVED THE JUDICIARY FROM GUARDIANSHIP"
Minister Tunç, recalling the coup periods of the past, emphasized that the current understanding of the judiciary is based on the will of the nation.
