The Judges and Prosecutors Council (HSK) has published the Main Decree for the year 2025. Under this decree, a total of 4,036 judges and prosecutors have had their assignments changed, including 3,698 in the judicial jurisdiction and 338 in the administrative jurisdiction. The chief prosecutors of 24 provinces are also among the names that have changed in this context.
The High Council of Judges and Prosecutors' 2025 Main Decree has been published. The duty locations of 3,698 judges and prosecutors in the judicial jurisdiction and 338 judges and prosecutors in the administrative jurisdiction have changed. A total of 4,036 judges and prosecutors have been assigned to their new positions. The chief public prosecutor of 24 provinces has changed.
Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç announced that the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has completed the work on the 2025 Main Decree and wished success to judges and prosecutors in their new positions.
Tunç stated the following in a statement he made on his social media account:
"We have completed the work on the HSK 2025 Main Decree. The decree will be published shortly on the HSK website. I wish great success to our judges and public prosecutors who serve on behalf of our esteemed nation and make decisions in accordance with the principles of the rule of law, independence, and impartiality in their new positions. I hope that the decree will be beneficial for our judges and prosecutors, their families, our judiciary organization, our country, and our esteemed nation."
