A SERVICE MINIBUS HIT THE LITTLE CHILD
The accident occurred on Şehit Oktay Kaya Street in the Arapçeşme neighborhood of Gebze district. According to the information obtained, Miraç Efe İslam (10), a 4th-grade student at Zafer Primary School, left school to go home. As Miraç Efe İslam attempted to cross the road at the pedestrian crossing, he was struck by a service minibus driven by H.T. The child was seriously injured, while the driver H.T. fled in fear to a side street.
HIS MOTHER HAD A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN
When İslam's family arrived at the scene after hearing about the accident, they had a nervous breakdown. Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the area. The health teams that arrived at the scene transported Miraç Efe İslam, who was covered in blood, to the hospital by ambulance. Despite all efforts, İslam could not be saved and lost his life. The driver H.T. surrendered to the police, and an investigation into the incident was initiated.
