The sixth hearing of the case regarding the incident that led to the death of Abdurrezzak Baysal, who passed away in the hospital where he was treated after a traffic accident in Gaziantep three years ago, was postponed due to the waiting for the Forensic Medicine Institution report.
The hearing held at the 3rd Heavy Penal Court of Gaziantep was attended by the victim's family and the victim's lawyers. The victim's family demanded that the perpetrators receive the heaviest punishment. However, the court panel postponed the case to a later date due to the expected Forensic Medicine Institution report, which has not yet reached the file, indicating that the death was caused by the syringe.
WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE ARGUMENT WITH THE NURSE!
The incident occurred at a private hospital in Gaziantep. According to allegations, Abdurrezzak Baysal, who was hospitalized three years ago due to a traffic accident, was treated while conscious. It was stated that Baysal, who was only injured in the knee and had a plate inserted in his leg, was in good general health. The patient, who was monitored in the intensive care unit, was regularly visited by his relatives. However, after an argument with a nurse, he died as a result of the injection of a medication allegedly belonging to another patient, which was said to be a muscle relaxant. Witnesses who testified in previous hearings claimed that Baysal died after the syringe was administered.
