A police officer in the Erenler district of Sakarya, who shot himself with his weapon after telling his friend, who is also his colleague, that he has stage 4 cancer, died in the hospital where he was taken.
Police officer Nurullah E., on duty in Bolu, met with his colleague Ş.S. in the Erenler district of Sakarya.
HE SHOT HIMSELF AFTER TELLING HIS FRIEND HE HAD CANCER
According to the allegation, while they were chatting in the vehicle, Nurullah E. expressed that he was a stage 4 cancer patient and pointed the gun to his throat. As his colleague tried to intervene, the gun went off. Heavily injured, Nurullah E. was taken to the hospital by his colleague.
HE COULD NOT BE SAVED
Despite all the interventions, Nurullah E., who was taken under treatment, could not be saved and passed away. Additionally, his friend Ş.S., who tried to intervene in the incident, was slightly injured. An investigation has been initiated regarding the matter.
