In a statement from the Shin Bet spokesperson, it was reported that following Bar's official departure, the deputy director of the internal intelligence agency, codenamed "Sh," has been appointed temporarily.
According to a report by Israel's state television KAN, it was noted that Bar, who had not attended cabinet meetings for the past few weeks, was present at a meeting where it was decided to carry out large-scale attacks on Iran. Bar had previously announced that he would resign on June 15.
