As the war that has unsettled the world continues on its fourth day, it has been claimed that the Netanyahu government requested assistance from the West to stop missile attacks following retaliatory strikes on Tel Aviv and Haifa. It was reported that the UK responded positively to Israel's request, while France remained neutral.
After Israel launched an attack on Iran on June 13, tensions in the region reached a peak. It was reported that the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs building was also hit in the ongoing clashes on the fourth day.
INTELLIGENCE CHIEF KILLED
In Israel's attacks, the Intelligence Chief of the Revolutionary Guards and two generals lost their lives. Iranian state television announced that the head of the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Organization, Kazimi, along with his assistant Hasan Muhakkik and two generals named Mohsin Bakiri, were killed in the Israeli attacks.
FRANCE REMAINED NEUTRAL
Meanwhile, Iran responded to Israel's attacks with a new missile barrage; smoke rose in Tel Aviv and Haifa. As a result of the last attack, Israeli media claimed that the Netanyahu government requested help from the West to stop the missiles. It was stated that the UK responded to Israel's request, but France remained neutral.
ISRAEL-IRAN WAR
On June 13, Israel carried out large-scale attacks targeting not only the nuclear facilities in various cities of Iran but also the upper command of the army. While the Chief of General Staff of Iran, the General Commander of the Revolutionary Guards, and some senior commanders, along with 9 nuclear scientists, were killed in the attacks, the total civilian death toll was reported to be 224.
In the Iranian army's retaliation against Israel with ballistic missiles, it was reported that 16 people were killed and more than 400 were injured. Many countries, especially Turkey, condemned Israel.
