The global economic crisis has led to the bankruptcy of many companies in Turkey, with the latest addition being Solakoğlu Tarım, founded in 1982 in Malatya. After experiencing an economic crisis, the 43-year-old agricultural giant entered into a concordat process, and the court granted a temporary injunction for a period of 3 months.
A temporary injunction decision has been issued regarding Solakoğlu Machinery Production Industry and Foreign Trade Limited Company, registered with the Malatya Trade Registry Office, under Article 286 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
The court appointed a temporary concordat commissioner for the company and granted creditors the right to submit an objection petition within seven days and to request the rejection of the concordat application. According to the decision, all payment transactions of the company and its partners are subject to the approval of the temporary commissioners.

Founded in 1982, Solakoğlu is known for producing power products such as engines, motor pumps, and tillers for agricultural, industrial, and personal use.
ITS PLACE IN THE SECTOR
The company, which has been operating for over 40 years, has stood out in the sector with its developed products. However, due to economic difficulties, the company has entered the concordat process and will continue its activities during the temporary injunction period. The future of the company will be determined by the final decision of the court.
